For me, the jury has always been out on reincarnation. I'd joke about how I must have been in a past life or what I'd come back as in the future. I'd meet people with the feeling we'd met before or been good friends before and feel as though we must have been close in a past life. I never really knew whether I believed in it or not though. Reading about this book, however, is definitely making me believe that it occurs, at least at some times.

I don't have an active belief or disbelief in reincarnation, but think it would be pretty cool if it was real.

This looks like a good book, please enter me into this drawing.

Reincarnation certainly seems like a logical progression through the universe. Everything seems to recycle itself and if there is a soul, I don't see any reason why reincarnation couldn't be real. There are a number of theories regarding the universe that it (which we are a part of) is constantly creating, building and then destroying itself...and then starting all over from the same material; If we are to suppose that we have a soul or other force (no SW references, please) that makes us, us....then I don't see any reason why we couldn't be reincarnated.

Notwithstanding I have never met, spoke with or read about anyone (Shirley Maclaine too) that made me think they were Joan of Arc, King Richard, Julius Caesar, Stan Laurel (he's so cool) or any other prior historical figure in a past life.

Let's just agree to not have any idea on the subject and leave it at that. Any way you slice it though...."Defending Your Life" with Albert Brooks is a really hilarious movie and (if you haven't seen it) should be watched now. Also, if reincarnation is real, I certainly hope that I will be able to go watch some video feed of my prior lives (see Defending Your Life, in case you didn't figure it out yet).
