Here's another recipe that I just tried and it was delicious. It makes me drool just typing it out. No baking involved.
Crust:
1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ pound melted butter
Combine ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Press the misture into the bottom of a nin-inch springform pan and place in the freezer while you prepare the filling.
Filling:
2 cups heavy cream
1 pound cream cheese (room temperature)
1 cup sugar
1½ cups peanut putter
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Whip the heavy cream to medium peaks. Set aside and chill. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the sugar and mix well. Add the peanut butter and vanilla and mix until smooth and creamy. Fold in the whipped cream. Place the batter into the pie shell and freeze for one hour.
Chocolate sauce:
½ cup heavy cream
6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
In a heavy saucepan, bring the cream to a boil. Turn off the heat and add the chocolate chips. Stir the chocolate until smooth. Let cool. Pour the sauce onto the pie and place in the refrigerator for one hour. Serve chilled.

I went into a diabetic coma just reaing the recipe!
I have made this pie before,only without the icing. I will have to try the icing. I usually have to make 2 around here,because its gone in a flash.lol Thanks!
